One of Nashville's newest wedding venues is about to blow your mind: The Barn at Allenbrooke Farms. The venue is set on a 70 acre Certified Organic family farm, located in Spring Hill, TN, just outside of Nashville. Allenbrooke Farms grows produce for the local community and feeds over 400 families per week through their CSA program (Community Supported Agriculture). You'll have to excuse me, I get excited about organic foods although I'm suppose to be talking about their 5,800 square foot wedding barn - and this couple's beautiful wedding day!
I was asked to second shoot this wedding for a fellow Nashville wedding photographer, but I may have got a little carried away and captured the day just as I would my own booked wedding. Bethany and Travis shared a wonderful day with their closest family and friends as they exchanged vows. If I remember right, this couple has been together since middle school (whoa). Long time in the waiting, their special day was finally here.
This barn wedding reception isn't your typical barn wedding. Bethany traded mason jars for stainless steel goblets and baby's breath for greenery. She styled her decor with navy, gold, and a touch of lace for a subtle grace. Drop dead gorgeous and a fit to their southern hospitality.
Moments, moments, and more moments. During the maid of honor and best man speeches, the guest could not have been more captivated with smiles and awareness. Laughter filled the air and every single person present seemed genuinely happy. You could feel the love in the room.
And the party begins...
After enjoying some tunes inside, the DJ moved his jams outdoors to enjoy this gorgeous summer evening. Games, dancings, and drinks all around.
Breathtaking sunset, nightfall, chicken fights and surprise fireworks in the distance that we pretended were showcased just for us. Congrats Mr. and Mrs.
Second shooting for Laurie Pearson.
