Sustainable Art Museum Wedding at The Emporium Center | Knoxville Wedding Photographer
Often I’m lost [found] in natural spaces because my soul needs earthly roots, but don't let that fool anyone into thinking I don't get excited when I photograph a great wedding with an artsy vibe. There is something intriguing about the city. The energy set off in the atmosphere is electrifying. Love stories with an urban appeal are welcomed for those kindred spirits who believe in my style and share unquestionable passion and love for their partner.
Maggie and Jake gathered their closest family and friends to celebrate their wedding at The Emporium Center in Knoxville, TN. The couple's desire for non-traditional was fitting for an art museum. They created their own unique feel that spoke to their mindful spirits.
Many details of the day were thoughtfully selected with purpose and sustainability, like the Rothy's shoes made recycled water bottles, the ethically sourced diamond ring, and the potted plants that doubled as table decor and take-me-homes for their guests. It was also noted that supporting local artist and vendors was an important part of the day including catering from OliBea, ice cream sundae bar from Cruze Farm, the incredible old-time style band The Bearded, and even her favorite coffee from Three Bears Coffee Company. Although not Knoxville specifically, the bride had her favorite beer shipped in from Michigan. Speciation Artisan Ales added the perfect touch sharing her love for biology.
